Arrivals
You choose between two pickups when you book. Curbside is on the lower Arrivals level, outside your terminal, and is included in the fare. Meet-and-greet puts the chauffeur inside the terminal with a name sign, for $25. Arrivals at Tom Bradley International Terminal are met in the arrivals hall after customs, or at the lower-level curb.
iRide360 does not use the LAX-it lot. That shuttle lot is where app-hailed rideshare pickups happen at LAX. A prearranged licensed carrier does not go there — the car comes to your terminal — and on a late landing with luggage that difference is the whole point of booking ahead.
Anywhere else — a house, a hotel, an office — the chauffeur arrives at the time you booked, at the exact address you gave, and that pickup carries 15 minutes of complimentary wait rather than 60. This is a description of how each one works, not a claim that the others are bad. A rideshare at 2pm on a Tuesday for one person with a backpack is a perfectly good answer.
